Vegan Cacao Fudge Recipe

This treat is an absolute delight to the senses! Our Vegan Cacao Fudge recipe is delicious, nutritious, and easy to make. Enjoy it knowing that you’ve had a healthy snack. This recipe makes about 15 pieces, depending on how generous your cutting is :)


Ingredients 


2 cups finely chopped Conscious Cacao

1 cup all natural unsalted peanut butter 

4 tablespoons of honey 

1 pinch sea salt  






Instructions 


  1. Melt Cacao via double boiler method: Bring a pot of water to boil. Put the Cacao in a glass or metal bowl that fits your pot well. Place the bowl in the pot, just over the boiling water. The heat will rise and slowly melt the Cacao. Stir the Cacao till it is completely melted and remove the bowl from the pot.

  2. Add peanut butter to the Cacao bowl and stir.   

  3. Add honey and sea salt and stir. 

  4. Transfer your fudge mix to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. 

  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm.

  6. Flip the pan over and the fudge will fall out. Remove the parchment paper and cut the fudge into desired pieces.


And that’s it! If you don’t devour it all at once, store it in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy :)
